Two Sides to Every Story

The police and the prosecutor have their version of what happened. I want to hear your side of the story. From the outset, I will work with you to turn the tables in your case to find the best possible solution for you. Criminal law is rarely as simple as whether or not you actually committed the crime that you're accused of. The way the police handled your arrest, the manner in which the evidence was collected and tested, and the reliability of witnesses testifying against you all come into play. But you’re at a huge disadvantage without a skilled and experienced criminal defense lawyer on your side, and may feel pressured to work out a plea deal that may not be in your best interest.
I know the mistakes that many police officers make when conducting their investigations, and I know how to exploit those mistakes to my clients’ advantage. I am good at what I do and I work hard to give each of my clients the best representation possible.
